Each head coach/camp director is responsible for the financial administration of his or her respective camp/clinic. To meet this responsibility, and to ensure compliance with NCAA and Virginia Tech financial regulations, the completion of two forms is required for all camps conducted by an athletics department staff member.

The Financial Report Form, must be submitted to the supervising Associate Athletics Director within 60 days after the completion of the camp/clinic.
